Grandad

Wretched power violence from the banal, colourless streets of the south. London's self-professed “geriatric onion crust” band “Grandad”. Hard, heavy, right in your dentures blackened sludge metal! Kinda stuff that leaves you thirsting for a Zimmer, and stinking of urine. Nasty little band with pure hellish grit. Formed in 2021, the band have darkened the doors of every DIY skate spot, hell hole, squat in the south and dishing out some chaos for us northern monkeys. Av it!

"Our cornerstones are blackened/death metal-inspired crust, punk and metal; I’d categorize us as a chaotic crust band with metal flavors. Corrupt Moral Altar, Nuclear Death Terror, Black Breath, Poison Idea, Martyrdöd, Wolfbrigade, and Agnosy get plenty of eartime in my life."

Sordid Vison

Sordid Vision are a new raw hardcore punk band from Sheffield's now legendary DIY punk venue, the Lughole.

Born out of collective frustration, Sordid Vision is a visceral sonic assault with lyrical themes of societal decay, disillusionment, and the hellscape of late capitalism. The band has recently recorded a five track demo which will be released on Lughole records.
