Date: Sunday 26th September 2021

Time: Departing Park at 09:30, Bay at 09:50. Returning from Cardiff at 5pm, arriving back in Swansea at around 6:15pm

Description:

Cardiff, Wales’ capital city offers spectacular shopping, museums, dining and entertainment. Easy to explore on foot, you can visit the free National Museum Cardiff and spectacular Cardiff Castle all within the city centre.

It’s a really vibrant and eclectic city and easily explorable on foot. You’ll find the quirky independent shops and cafes of the historic Arcades, the big name brands in the central shopping district, places to eat and drink, along with arts and culture for all.

Sightseeing Deal! - We’ve also arranged a fantastic discount for the Cardiff City Sightseeing open-top bus service. This is a hop-on hop-of tourist bus that departs from outside Cardiff Castle every 30 minutes throughout the day. To get your ticket for just £10 simply show your Swansea University Student ID on boarding! That’s £4 off the standard price, and you can ride as much as you want. See Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Cardiff | Official City Sightseeing© Tour 2020 (city-sightseeing.com) for more info.

Visit the official regional website for more information: www.visitcardiff.com

If you would like to visit the Museum, please be sure to pre-book your free admission tickets at National Museum Cardiff | National Museum Wales.

At Cardiff Castle you can explore the grounds for free, but for full tours and exhibitions you’ll need to purchase tickets - head to Cardiff Castle - 2000 Years of History in the Heart of the City
