This means FTJ's January and February tours have to be postponed. New date for The Buttermarket Shrewsbury is Friday 6th April. Thanks for your support, Bruce looks forward to welcoming you to his Shrewsbury gig."

Channelling the energy of the past three decades, From The Jam started in 2007 and continue to amaze all who see them. Bassist Bruce Foxton, original member of The Jam, takes charge of the vocals which he shares with guitarist and frontman Russell Hastings. Foxton has been at the forefront of music since the punk explosion in the Summer of 1976 and he importance was highlighted when a poll of NME readers saw him ranked as the 7th Most Influential Bass Player. After The Jam split in 1982 he worked in seminal punk band Stiff Little Fingers for fifteen years and also embarked on a solo career which saw him release the hit single Freak. Foxton was also invited to work on Paul Weller’s recent smash album Wake The Nation.Hastings is the only other front to have worked with original members of The Jam; drummer Rick Buckler, Bruce Foxton and Paul Weller. His unique experiences and expert vocal and guitar talent has earned the respect of fans making him the perfect person to carry forth the passion and power of the band’s perfect back catalogue.Foxton is continuing to write and release original material. 2012 album Back In The Room was co-written with Hastings and is a must have record for true fans of The Jam. It also features the talents of Paul Weller.Their latest album Smash The Clock was released after an extremely successful crowdfunding campaign. The record featured Wilko Johnson amongst other guests.
