Avalyn are a Liverpool-based quintet inspired by the
90s wall of sound used by my bloody valentine and the songwriting of
80s Post-Punk acts such as The Cure & Echo & the Bunnymen.
Formed by Andy Power (Vocals & Guitar) and Ben Deegan (Lead Guitar)
who met online in 2017 over a shared love of guitar music, the pair left
their previous bands in 2020 in order to create their own project and
were joined by Grace Woolston (Vocals, Keys & Guitar), Max Martin
(Bass) and Paddy Murphy (Drums) to complete the full band lineup.
