If you cannot make the event, it is up to you to sell on your ticket, we cannot offer refunds.

It is personal responsibility to check and make sure you buy the correct University and dates, we can not offer refunds on booking the wrong dates only if you do not get into University by proof of UCAS. 

If the date of the event changes you will be offered a refund or you can exchange your ticket to the new date.
