Zavoloka

Zavoloka is one of the most important electronic musicians of Ukraine. Zavoloka is a trailblazing artist in the Ukrainian electronic music scene. A composer, sound and visual artist, her uncompromising experimental electronics defy genre definitions. In 2011, she joined forces with Aphex Twin and supported him in a tour across the UK and Denmark.

Her works are highly conceptual and explore the intersection between sound, space and individual experience, often combining traditional Ukrainian music with modern audio technologies. Don't miss Zavoloka at Xpresia Festival on May 7th!

S.A. Tweeman

S.A. Tweeman is a Ukrainian DJ, promoter and founder of queer rave VESELKA.
A key figure in Kyiv’s club life for over 10 years, Tweeman has been at the forefront of the development of the electronic scene in Ukraine.

From his first experience in a club at just 14, he knew that this was his world. His sets are very eclectic with an open-minded atmosphere, balancing between techno, acid, trance, and a lot of old school rave stuff.

Nastya Muravyova

Nastya Muravyova is a rising, yet brightly shining star of Kyiv’s underground scene.
Nastya made a name for herself in her hometown playing iconic parties such as Cxema, and overseas in other integral cities such as Berlin and Krakow. She has made numerous appearances at the legendary Berghain and is a resident DJ at queer rave VESELKA.

She’s balancing on the edge of pumpy 4x4 techno and sharp breakbeat, slightly aggressive and all the way sexy.

Gina Breeze

Gina Breeze is a Manchester-based producer, DJ and proud HomoElectric / HomoBloc resident. Her music can transport you to another dimension with her infectious energy and signature sound.

Gina made a name for herself over a decade ago, starting off as a SpeedQueen Resident in Leeds and quickly growing to international debuts around the world, from NYC, Berlin, and Ibiza all the way to Paris, Lyon, Croatia, and Helsinki. She has supported some of the most well-respected artists in the industry: Erol Alkan, Denis Sulta, Marshall Jefferson, Artwork, Horse Meat Disco & Eats Everything to name a few.

Please claim a free ticket for each day you would like to attend. Your ticket will grant you access to all events across all 3 festival sites for that day. You can claim a ticket for each day if you want to attend all 3 days (we recommend you do!). No matter which event you book a ticket for, you will be welcome at all three, we are just trying to gauge an idea of attendance for each venue on each day.

Wristband redemption will be located at Invisible Wind Factory garden. Your wristband will grant you access to all festival sites on that day (on a first come first served basis, capacity allowing).

We advise arriving early to avoid disappointment. If a venue reaches capacity you will be able to access the other festival venues.

The wristband is only valid for that day, you must claim a ticket for a show each day to be granted access to the festival each day.

You must undergo venue search procedures upon arrival and Challenge 25 will be in operation.

Xpresia 2023 is a unique new festival concept that brings together different forms of both electronic and performing arts within one carefully curated programme, celebrating diversity, inclusion, and creative freedom of expression.

Born from the shared desire to bring Ukrainian and UK artists together in solidarity as Liverpool hosts Eurovision on Ukraine’s behalf, Xpresia is collaboratively produced by both British and Ukrainian creative producers and curators to deliver something truly unique.

Taking place in the exciting development area of the Ten Streets, Xpresia will happen across some of Liverpool’s best independent arts and music venues.

Artistic disciplines showcased across Xpresia Festival will be, creative technology and visual arts, electronic music production and DJs, live music, theatre and cabaret.

XPRESIA was commissioned by Culture Liverpool for the Eurovision Cultural Festival 2023
