Daliso Chaponda : Blah Blah Blacklist

Daliso Chaponda shot to fame on Britain’s Got Talent making it to the final of the 2017 series, establishing himself as a favourite with the judges and the British public. He’s now a YouTube star amassing over 100 million views of his performances and his BBC Radio 4 show Citizen of Nowhere drew accolades.  

In his new one man show, Daliso looks at disgraced and blacklisted celebrities and historical figures we're ashamed we once admired.  Plus, there's also the small matter of family member arrests and exploding buildings in his home country.  The enterprising Malawian who tried to blackmail Daliso also gets a mention. Bla Bla Blacklist is the daring new show from the writer of 'What the African Said' and 'Don't Let Them Deport Me'

This show starts at 6pm prompt. Please arrive atleast 15 minutes before the show is due to start.

Tickets are just £5 advance to guarantee you entry to the event.

You can catch Daliso Chaponda performing at JJ's as part of the very first Coventry Comedy Festival!

For 10 days the city will play host to comedians and acts across multiple Coventry city centre venues. The festival will welcome internationally renowned comedians and performers who will bring a variety of comedy shows to Coventry, to perform alongside local talent.
