Charlotte was called to the bar in 2014 and has worked in all aspects of family law. She has particular expertise and experience in dealing with complex public, private and international cases. She regularly undertakes work in dealing with jurisdictional disputes and international and internal relocation cases.
 
In this seminar Charlotte will look at the practicalities and presentation of international relocation cases when acting for both the Applicant or Respondent within Children Act Proceedings.
