Wellnergy X Diecast Breathwork & Brunch

Join us as Wellnergy heads to Diecast in Manchester for Breathwork and Brunch on Saturday 20th April at 12pm

Heard about breathwork but not tried it out before? Come and experience a Wim Hof Style Breathwork class hosted by Lisa T, followed by a delicious pizza from the Diecast menu!

There will also be live guided meditation music provided by Lisa, and the team from LUSH will be there with relaxing hand and arm massages for you to enjoy (as well some goodies so you can continue the self care at home)!
