Burnley-born musician, illustrator, and tattoo artist Cody Frost has today released their new single ‘NATURAL SELECTION’

.

Blending punk and hyperpop, ‘NATURAL SELECTION’ is a fierce new statement from the

genre-defying artist, and tackles the growing divide in society. Speaking about the release Cody

says: ‘This song isn’t about left or right - it’s about up and down. It’s a reflection on division,

disconnection and how those in power thrive while we fight among ourselves. At its core, it

questions how one life can be valued more than another, in a world where the wealthy have

access to better healthcare, education and safety.

The track follows the ANATOMY EP and its breakout single ‘BLOODSUCKA’ ft. Debbie Gough

of Heriot, and continues Cody’s streak of bold, genre-defying releases. Since their 2022 debut

EP ‘It’s Not Real’, Cody has garnered over 3 million streams and cemented their reputation as

a rising force in alternative music. Their meteoric rise includes high-profile collaborations with

Enter Shikari (‘BULL’), You Me At Six (‘A Love Letter To Those Who Feel Lost’), and Bury
