Platinum Card Holder Wristband Exchange

The Priority wristband gives you entry to all our Freshers events as well as the HUGE Varsity and the Summer Ball. It will also get you priority access to book tickets for Union events – before anyone else can, as well as exclusive access to promotions and giveaways. Don't forget to claim your Varsity and Summer Ball tickets when they go on general sale!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Each Official SUF17 Wristband entitles the owner to free entry to all Official SUF16 events from Friday 22nd September 2017 until Sunday 8th October 2017.
• Entry is subject to capacity:
o Official SUF17 Wristband guarantees entry to Freshers' Ball – 10:00pm
o Freshbook and Skool Disco are guaranteed entry until 11:00pm. After 11.00pm entry will depend upon capacity.
o All other events included are based on a first come first serve basis and cannot be guaranteed.
• Official SUF17 Wristbands are non-refundable and non-transferable; in extreme circumstances, refunds will be available at the discretion of Swansea University Students' Union.
• If the wristband is broken it can be replaced for a fee of £5 on the basis that the original wristband is returned.
• If the wristband is lost, it cannot be replaced and will need to be repurchased for the full fee.
• Wristbands must be used by one student only.
• Wristbands must be worn and intact to be valid.
• Wristbands are available to persons over 18s only.
• Photo ID (such as a passport or drivers licence) is required at all events.
• The Official SUF17 Wristband is only available through fatsoma.com/swanseasu
• SUSU reserves the right to change the dates, times, or venues of any Official SUF17 events and all who have purchased a wristband will be informed of these changes through official social media accounts.
• All students who purchase an Official SUF17 wristband are entitled to a free t-shirt for the freshbook event; no reimbursement will be given for failure to collect the t-shirt at the time of wristband collection.
• Both SUSU and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry.
• SUSU operates a zero tolerance policy in relation to drugs, controlled substances and threatening or discriminatory behaviour of any kind. Abuse of these policies will not be tolerated; offenders will be removed from the event.
• Any student seen to be acting violently or inappropriately at any event will be banned from future events and dealt with accordingly and will not be entitled to a refund.
• No bottles (plastic or otherwise) cans or other drinks containers to be brought into the venue at any time.
• Management reserves the right to search wristband holders upon entry; refusal to cooperate with search procedures may lead to refused entry.
• Wristbands are the responsibility of the student; Swansea University events department shall not be held liable for lost wristbands.
• Admission to the venue is at the wristband holders own risk. Neither SUSU nor venue management shall be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained on the premises.

There are only 200 Platinum Packages available and with so much included – you'll need to make sure you get yours early!
