This is your e-ticket for your Leicester Uni Refreshers Week 2017 Wristband (Refreshers week is a series of events that will take place between Sunday 22nd January and Friday 27th January). You must exchange this e-ticket for a Refreshers Week Wristband. Exchange is from The Students' Union SHOP! starting Monday 9th January, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Last day for collection is Friday 20th January. You need to bring a print out of this e-ticket with you to collect your wristband, or alternatively be able to show the full e-ticket (including barcode) on your Smartphone. Admission to each event is subject to the relevant terms & conditions of each venue. Proof of age ID (Passport, EU Driving License or approved pass card (www.pass-scheme.org.uk) to prove you are 18+) and valid University Student ID (any University ID is ok, not restricted to just Leicester) will be required for entry to all events (Uni of Leicester normal +1 arrangement applies for non student friends from home etc.). Last entry 2am. Management reserve the right to refuse admission. This ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.
