EVENT TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Ticket Validity
All tickets are valid for the date and event stated only. Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled by the organiser.
Refunds will not be issued for:
personal circumstances
change of mind
dissatisfaction based on individual preferences
early departure from the event
At the organiser’s discretion, credit for a future event may be offered as a goodwill gesture.
3. Event Content & Environment
This is a live music / party-style event and may include:
loud music
crowd noise
flashing or dynamic lighting
dancing
party items or giveaways
By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge that live events can be unpredictable in atmosphere and sensory environment.
4. Accessibility & SEN
We aim to be inclusive and welcoming to all attendees.
However, due to the nature of live music and party events, this event may not be suitable for all sensory needs.
If you or someone in your party has specific accessibility or sensory requirements, please contact us in advance so that reasonable adjustments can be discussed where possible.
Failure to notify us in advance may limit the adjustments we are able to offer on the day.
5. Admission & Behaviour
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour:
causes distress to others
is unsafe or disruptive
breaches venue rules
No refund will be given in such circumstances.
6. Children & Supervision (if applicable)
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The organiser accepts no responsibility for unattended minors.
7. Changes to the Event
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including performers, running order, or timings, where necessary. Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
8. Complaints
Any concerns during the event should be raised with event staff at the time where possible.
Post-event complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of the event date.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
