By OGS Work
Imagine a conveyor belt that you could run your business along to fix glitches, or a diagnostics machine you could plug your business into that shows where attention is needed. It sounds like a dream for most small business owners but it’s being brought to life in Manchester this week…
OGS Works is inviting you to identify your own business blind spots – and ultimately unearth new skills and strategies via conversations with new contacts.
In the relaxed Old Granada Studios Works basement atmosphere, meet like-minded strangers who know nothing about your business and see where your discussion takes you. We’ll be curating a conveyor belt of conversations to ensure you brainstorm with, bounce off and learn something new from (almost!) every other attendee.
Drinks will be provided by the lovely people at Alphabet Brewing Co and food provided by Eat New York.
We’ll also be collating an expert panel of Finance, Law, HR, Creative, Digital & Communications professionals who will be on hand to give out advice on common pitfalls with tips to avoid them to succeed in 2017. Experts include:
Andy Buchan, The Neighbourhood @neighbourhood (Digital marketing, New technology)
Ben Gateley, CharlieHR @JoinCharlie (HR)
Peter Holden, Holdens’ @holdensagency (Agency life, The need for the 'big idea')
Ted Holden, Holdens’ @holdensagency (Brand, Customer experience, Pitching)
Glyn Jelley, Hill and Roberts @HillandRoberts (Financial strategy, Accounting)
Daniel Monaghan, Shoosmiths LLP @Shoosmiths (Law)
The event will be hosted by Dan Nolan, theEword @iamdanielnolan
Tickets are strictly limited so please sign up in advance to avoid disappointment
