What would ‘Wall-E’ look like chewed up and spat out by political thinkers, comedians, theatremakers and writers?

Cult hit FLIM NITE comes to Sheffield to spread its unique brand of mischief at the Festival of Debate!

We’re mashing up animated Pixar sci-fi ‘Wall-E’ alongside some of our favourite performers, writers & political thinkers into a thick smoothie of entertainment in an attempt to recreate the film live on stage, in whatever way we see fit!

Watch as our acts distort an apocalyptic environmentally-conscious film into something ridiculous, beautiful or unrecognisable for your viewing pleasure. We have entrusted each one of them with a chunk of the film to re-enact, riff around, mash up or explode. There’s no way of telling what will happen.

We will not be showing a movie. We will be making a FLIM.

There are THREE open mic slots available! Email us at flimnitesheffield@gmail.com for a slot. Slots are three minutes long and material must be ‘Wall-E’-related. Remember it's flim as in FLIM and nite as in NITE. Got it?
