New Year’s Eve – Terms & Conditions of Entry

Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions. These conditions are strictly enforced and apply to all patrons without exception.
1. Right of Admission
Home Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person at any time. All decisions are final. No refund will be offered where entry is refused or a patron is removed from the premises.
2. Identification & Challenge 25
We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
- Acceptable forms of identification are a valid passport or UK driving licence only.
- No other forms of ID will be accepted.
- All patrons must present valid ID as a condition of entry, regardless of age or appearance.
3. ID Scanning & Data Retention
- An ID scanning system will be in operation on the night.
- Entry is conditional upon your ID being scanned and recorded.
- Data collected will be stored securely for up to 3 months in accordance with GDPR and may be shared with the Police or relevant authorities for the purposes of crime prevention or investigation where required.
4. Dress Code (Strictly Enforced)
We operate a strict dress code. Entry will be refused to anyone wearing:
- Sportswear of any description
- Caps, hats, or headwear (unless for religious or medical reasons)
- Stone Island, C.P. Company, or similar branded attire
- Clothing deemed offensive, intimidating, or unsuitable by management
All dress code decisions are at the sole discretion of management and security staff.
5. Search Policy
- A robust search policy will be in operation.
- All patrons agree to be searched as a condition of entry.
- Refusal to submit to a search will result in refusal of entry with no refund.
6. Zero Tolerance Drugs Policy
We operate a zero-tolerance policy to drugs.
- Any person found in possession of illegal substances will be refused entry or removed from the premises.
- Substances will be seized, the individual may be detained, and the Police will be called immediately.
- This policy applies both on entry and at any point whilst inside the venue.
7. Intoxication
- Entry will be refused to anyone deemed to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or behaving in a disorderly, aggressive, or unsafe manner.
- This decision is final and no refund will be offered.
8. Behaviour & Conduct
- Aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Any patron failing to conduct themselves appropriately may be refused entry or removed without refund.
- Violence, intimidation, harassment of staff or guests, or failure to follow reasonable instructions will result in immediate removal and potential Police involvement.
9. Tickets & Admission
- Tickets do not guarantee entry.
- Entry is subject to compliance with all Terms & Conditions, venue capacity, licensing requirements, and management discretion.
- The last guaranteed entry time, provided all Terms & Conditions are fully adhered to, is 11:00pm on the evening of the event.
- Ticket holders arriving after 11:00pm will be required to join the general admission queue.
- Tickets will still be honoured after this time; however, entry is not guaranteed and will depend on capacity, queue conditions, behaviour, and full compliance with all entry requirements.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
10. Entry Times & Re-Entry
- Management reserves the right to impose last entry times and queue controls at its discretion.
- Re-entry is not guaranteed and may be refused at any time.
- Patrons leaving the premises may be required to queue again and comply with all entry conditions upon re-entry.
11. CCTV & Monitoring
- CCTV is in operation throughout the premises for the safety of guests and staff.
- Footage may be shared with Police or relevant authorities where required.
12. Health, Safety & Licensing
- The venue operates in line with all licensing objectives, including the prevention of crime and disorder and the protection of public safety.
- Patrons must comply with all reasonable instructions issued by staff and security at all times.
13. Alcohol Consumption
- Please drink responsibly.
- Misuse of alcohol or irresponsible behaviour may result in refusal of service, refusal of entry, or removal from the premises without refund.
