The Sewer Cats
Ferocious, fuzzy, feline-inclined… The Sewer Cats are an explosive Manchester-based garage punk duo delivering riotous tunes of patriarchy-smashing fury and seething social commentary. Their short and snappy songs have been described as ‘catchy and scathing’, bursting with hardcore blues-doom riffs and aggressive riot-grrrl vocals, all served up with a big helping of tongue-in-cheek sass.Grail Guard
Coventry-based noise makers, Grail Guard, play high-octane, OG-style hardcore punk that will blow your socks off. Expect fast and furious tunes about cultural heritage and shout-a-long choruses that throw a punch at the capitalist hell scape we find ourselves in.Sourflake
Sourflake are a four-piece punk band from Liverpool turning the genre on its head. Mixing classic punk, riot grrrl, grunge and more, they are renowned for their raucous live performances and political tunes ‒ you might find yourself struggling to decide on whether to mosh or dance!Lynskey
Local faves Lynskey are a dance-punk and/or nüwu-metal duo from the North West. They are composed of B (they/them) on a modified guitar, synth, and vocals, and Saul (he/him) on drums, and vocals. Lynskey call upon a seemingly impossible range of influences in their tunes about gender feelings, neurodivergence and Keanu Reeves. From Rueben to Frank Ocean, Cardiacs to Mclusky, and Enter Shikari to Bloc Party, the pair deftly weave in and out of genres while maintaining their infectious energy. Get ready to dance!
