SUP Lesson - Mumbles

An introduction to stand up paddle boarding. 

Get to grips with the board and paddle and discover a versatile sport which works your core, improves balancing techniques and allows you to explore the coastline or inland waterways. Stand up, fall in and have a lot of fun!

What's included:
Wetsuit , board, buoyancy aid, paddle 

Please bring: 

Towel, warm clothes to change into, face covering for H&S briefing 

Meeting Point is the boardwalk near Verdis, please arrive by 1:50pm.
