Pioneering a sound they refer to as “No-age Krautrock”, like the jazz/analogue flip side to Neu or Can, organic multi-instrumentalists ‘KULKU’ have been at the bleeding edge of building trance inducing, ritualistic music for over 25 years. Joint headlining is Tehran-born sound artist and experimental composer Rojin Sharafi, who uses her self-made instruments and augmented tools to compose textured and genre-blending electronic music.
