THIS TUESDAY IT’S ‘HACIENDA 1990’.

A time shortly after the acid house boom (1988) when dance and rave music as a whole was starting to take over and turn into what we call modern day clubbing, 1990 was a pivotal year for the venue that started it all 🚧

The early post-punk electro music had morphed, and with some influence from the US house scene, as of 1990 the 4x4 kick drum had become one with the synthesiser… and the music was getting faster. This week, we’re turning World HQ into our best representation of this era, with extra music from that time and a full club transformation.
