Here’s what we have in store for the craziest week of your life! If you weren’t already buzzing with excitement for Sheffield Freshers Week 2024, you will be now 👀

We haven’t sold out 13 consecutive freshers weeks without pushing some boundaries and this year we’ve gone all out to make it the biggest and best Sheffield Freshers Week to date! 🥳

Without further ado, here is your Organised Chaos Sheffield Freshers Week 2024 lineup so far… 👀

Event 1: The Sheffield Freshers Street Rave – The Official Sheffield Freshers Week Opening Party! - Multi-Venue Block Party - Sunday 22nd September

This is one of the craziest parties Sheffield has ever seen, and it gets bigger, crazier and more spectacular year after year. We are literally closing off an ENTIRE STREET for this party and getting over 4000 of you together with free-flowing access to 6 arenas of music across 5 of Sheffield’s best venues. 😍🎊

This is the ONLY way to start your time in Sheffield. We guarantee your jaw will hit the floor as you turn the corner onto a street full of freshers, clubs, bars, performers, insane installations, freebies and more, all for YOU to enjoy. And that’s only day 1… 🤯

Event 3: The Sunken Opening Party at Tank – Sheffield’s Most Loved Student Night - Monday 23rd September

On night two, you will experience the Opening Party of Sheffield’s most loved student night, Sunken at Tank. Every Monday, a sold-out crowd of students gathers for Sunken. This is an event guaranteed to have you dancing ’til close at 4am every week. 🕺🎉

For the last 9 years, Sunken Mondays have been the number 1 student staple in Sheffield. For 33 weeks of every year, Sunken makes Monday the best day of the week, hosting a sell-out crowd for unmissable themed parties that live long in the memory. Sunken takes place at the legendary and newly refurbished Tank Nightclub. The perfect home for The Monday Crew, our community of thousands of ravers who gather every week to dance to Sunken’s high-energy brand of house, tech and dance anthems.

The Opening Party is the craziest, most exclusive Sunken of the year, but the good news is, your wristband gets you access to it! 💃

Event 4: The Big Irish Bingo - Katie O'Brien's - Tuesday 24th September

Sheffield's latest hotspot, Katie O'Brien's transforms into a bustling slice of Dublin as Organised Chaos host The Big Irish Bingo. The luck of the Irish meets the thrill of bingo meets a wild weekly student party. 🍀

You've never experienced bingo this chaotic before. The Big Irish Bingo is packed with energy, unexpected curveballs, silly prizes, and tunes to get you up on your feet (or the table) between rounds.

Event 6: The Hallamnation Block Party - Multi-Venue - Wednesday 25th September

You can bet that the whole of Hallam will be attending this one. Sheffield Hallam’s only official weekly party kicks off its 11th year with the unmissable Hallamnation Block Party. 5 venues will come together to host over 4000 students for this one, giving you your first taste of the midweek madness that is Hallamnation. 🥤

Expect fancy dress, crazy themes, society & sports team socials, music policies to cater to every taste and an anything-goes atmosphere that you will instantly fall in love with. There’s no bigger Wednesday night party in the city, always guaranteed to sell out but your wristband guarantees you entry! 🤩🎉

Event 7: The Crazy Quiz - Katie O'Brien's - Thursday 26th September

The Crazy Quiz, hosted at Katie O’Brien’s by Organised Chaos. It’s the pub quiz that will flip everything you know about pub quizzes on its head 🚀

The Crazy Quiz melds outrageous questions with music rounds, surprise challenges, and prizes that are anything but ordinary. Expect the unexpected, from the questions to the quizmasters, and everything in between.

Event 8: Mini Golf Madness - Golf Fans - Thursday 26th September

Crazy Golf, Cocktails & Chaos: The Ultimate Student Night Out at Golf Fang Sheffield! 🏌️‍♀️🍸🎉

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of mini golf madness with Organised Chaos Events at Golf Fang Sheffield!

Putt your way through a weird and wonderful world of unique holes, sip on delicious themed cocktails, and let loose with your mates. Golf Fang's twisted courses combine jaw-dropping set design with cleverly interactive holes for an immersive experience like no other.

When you're done with golf, the fun keeps going with banging tunes from our DJs, tasty street food, and plenty more surprises in store. 

Event 9: Tiki Thursday - Tropicana - Thursday 26th September

Embark on a voyage to a tropical haven as Tropicana hosts Tiki Thursdays! This weekly party launched last year and has quickly become one of Sheffield's most loved student nights. 

Cheap drinks, banger after banger, and a guaranteed full house of party people looking for some no-holds-barred Thursday night chaos at one of the best student venues in the city.

Event 10: The Socialite Freshers Showcase - Crystal - Friday 27th September

If you love RnB, Hip Hop or Afrobeats then you are sure to love this one! Socialite at Crystal has been Sheffield’s biggest Friday night student party for the last 10!years with over 1000 attendees weekly. An event that has attracted the likes of Mossback, Yxng Bane, Nathan Dawe, KSI, Dappy and even Deontay Wilder! This is the ultimate party to kickstart your weekend. 🍾

The hottest tunes, the best Friday night crowd, and insanely good Friday night drinks deals. Welcome to the weekend! 🥂

Event 11: Top Floor Friday - House of Hugo - Friday 27th September

A party for lovers of all things Hip Hop on the top floor of Crystal, aka House of Hugo. An intimate space, perfect for an exclusive and wild party to kick off the weekend.

Expect a mix of the hottest Hip Hop, RnB and UK sounds. They say it’s lonely at the top, but not on a Friday as a sell out crowd of likeminded party people gather for an intimate and insane party to get the weekend started.

Event 12: Reign - Saturdays at The Viper - Saturday 28th September

Every Saturday, the Party Kings & Queens of Sheffield descend on Viper Rooms for a party so spectacular it defies imagination. Step out of the norm and into an escapist and extravagant dimension. Reign is here to tear up your expectations. Welcome to the unpredictable side of life.

Live performances, insane bottle shows, a brand new giant LED screen, revamped VIP, and five star bottle service are just some of the things you can expect from Reign Saturdays. The rest, we’ll let you discover for yourself.

Event 14: The Sheffield Hallam vs Uni of Sheffield Bar Crawl - The Official Sheffield Freshers Week Closing Party - Sunday 29th September

The big one, the official Sheffield Freshers Week 2024 Closing Party!

For this MONSTER event, we’re teaming up with 5 of Sheffield’s favourite student bars, and 4 of Sheffield’s best clubs to present the Sheffield Hallam vs University of Sheffield Bar Crawl! Two universities collide for one EPIC party as 5000+ students take over the entire city to end the craziest Sheffield Freshers Week ever.

Expect Hallam vs Uni games, insane prizes, Sheffield’s best venues, 10+ arenas of music, 5000+ students, insane entertainment on the street and inside the venues, and a whole lot more!

There are some parties you just can’t miss in life, and this is DEFINITELY one of them!

Sheffield Freshers Week 2024 Refund Policy

Purchase your wristband as early as possible, safe in the knowledge that if you don't get into the Sheffield university of your choosing, we will refund your purchase in full. 😊

The terms and conditions of our refund policy are as follows:

1. Your ticket purchase must have been on or before 14.08.24.

2. You must send us UCAS evidence of your university change, deferral or unsuccessful application along with one form of photo ID.

3. It can take up to 2 weeks for us to process your refund after receipt of your refund request.

4. For all refund requests, please email info@organisedchaosevents.co.uk using the subject line "Sheffield Freshers Week Refund".

5. You must request your refund on or before 01.09.24.
