REFUND POLICY — TEMPTATIONZ

All ticket purchases are final.

Refunds, exchanges, or transfers are not permitted except where stated below.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Inability to attend

Travel or personal issues

Failure to arrive before last entry

Removal or refusal of entry due to breach of event or venue policies

Event Changes

Tickets remain valid if the event date, time, or venue changes

Line-up changes do not qualify for refunds

Event Cancellation

If TEMPTATIONZ is cancelled in full, ticket holders will receive a full refund (excluding booking or processing fees) via the original point of purchase.
