We operate a strict dress code and maintain a "dress to impress" policy. Any sports wear, Nike Air Max or trainers containing "bubbles" will not be admitted and no refund will be given. Please dress smartly.

Curfew
All Ticket holders must be in before 00:00am. Tickets will still be valid for entry, however the Q Jump element is removed beyond this point.

Refund Policy
Tickets & Packages are non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled or postponed. No refund will be given to any customer refused entry due to intoxication or dress code.
