International@CampusLife are pleased to welcome you to our GO! Family: Arts and Crafts Time.

Please note this event is for students currently enrolled at Swansea University (and their friends / family) and is not open for bookings from the general public. A valid Swansea University Student Number will be required on booking

International@CampusLife GO! Social events are great opportunities to socialise, make friends and feel part of the university community.

We welcome you to join us for a fun afternoon of arts and crafts. Get your imagination caps on and create your masterpiece! Refreshments and snacks will be provided including tea, coffee, squash, and biscuits whilst your little ones are getting creative! This is also a free event!

All students are welcome, so please join us.

Conduct & Safety: You are responsible for your own behaviour and time keeping. Please take reasonable care of your own and other people's health and safety. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with safety information and safety instructions on board transport and at any location you visit. If you have any concerns, please raise these to the Trip Leader. In the event of an emergency situation, please ensure you contact the emergency services on 999.

Accessibility: This room is wheelchair accessible and located on the ground floor of the Faraday Tower. If you have any concerns or queries regarding the suitability of this event, or have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact gosocial@swansea.ac.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, however we cannot guarantee all requirements can be met.

Children: Children (aged 3 and over) are welcome on this trip and must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please be advised that child safety and well-being is the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times – CampusLife and its partners accept no responsibility for children attending.

Data Protection: International@CampusLife will use the information you provide for attendance and safety purposes. We will use your data to produce internal statistics but will not share it with third parties or use it for marketing purposes. Your information will be provided to our trip leader on the day of the trip for the purpose of attendance monitoring and emergency situations. Photos: We will be taking photos throughout the event which we will use to promote future activities in the form of leaflets, social media posts, digital screens and on our website. If you would not like to be included, then please tell us on the day of the event. If you see yourself in any pictures and would like to be removed, please email us at gosocial@swansea.ac.uk and we will make sure that any photos of you are deleted.
