Blue Spectre spring from the burgeoning psych scene in Brighton. Their music owes a debt to the vintage surf sounds of the sixties, the angular new wave sounds of the early Eighties, and film soundtracks that straddle the eras; but their sound is unmistakably modern, and defiantly unique.
