** Event Guidelines **
Must arrive before 11pm | 18+ | Photo ID may be required by the venue upon entry.

We don't want you to miss out if tickets sell out before Results Day as they sell out quick every year! So we've included University change, deferral or rejection refund protection with every ticket purchase before Wednesday 17th August 2022 11:59pm. For your peace of mind.

** REFUND T&C'S **
Receive a refund if you don't get into your first choice University or you can receive a transfer ticket if your second choice University has a Freshers Disco Land in that city.

You must submit your refund request no later than 1st September 2022 by emailing refunds@fresherslife.co.uk with the subject line ‘University Refund’.

In the email you MUST attach UCAS evidence of your deferral or University change and 1 form of valid Photographic ID.

Once received we will process your refund within 7 working days.

** Coronavirus Protection **

In 2021 Freshers our events went ahead at full capacity as normal without any restrictions, postponements or cancellations across the UK.

Due to the positive situation in the UK we predict that there will be no further restrictions on nightclubs for this September and our sold out events will run at full capacity as they did last year.

However, in the unlikely scenario your freshers week date is altered due to Corona Virus, our venue is capacity restricted or closed in September, we will postpone the event to a later date when government guidelines allow.

*Buy with confidence, your ticket will be safe and 100% valid for any rearranged event date as we don't want you to miss the biggest party of the year!

If for any reason the event can't be rescheduled and we are not able to provide the event in all its capacity, we will issue a refund on any ticket purchased.
