Our group meditation has moved online – come and get some headspace with our guided meditation sessions, via Zoom.
Each session you will be given a theme to meditate on throughout the 10 minutes guided meditation and the 10 minutes silent meditation. Everyone is welcome as you do not need any previous experience to participate and feel the benefits of the practice.
Meditation contributes to your overall wellness and can boost positivity, improve focus and quality of sleep. You don’t even need any equipment, just find a spot that’s quiet and make sure you’re comfortable.
