• Birthday Entry – Birthday must fall in the week of that event (previous week or upcoming that week) Only the individual whose birthday it is will be granted free entry.
• Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, customers are only then entitled to a refund for the face value of the ticket only.
