Cartoon Food are a folk rock fusion however it's apparent they aren't afraid of experimentation, even combining reggae rhythms with their melancholic lyrics about love & loss of. Their sound is reminiscent of the Beatles, the Kinks & the Lumineers. 

The band have supported Ferocious Dog, The Feeling, Big Country, Jasmine Morley, Rita Hosking and Sean Feder as well as in February of 2019 playing alongside the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra for a specially commissioned project for the BBC.
