Ladies and Gentlemen, this new years eve, we are going all out to bring you a party like no other in Cardiff!

The Great Gatsby Soiree is a modern-day take on the famous Great Gatsby parties. We have an evening stacked with the very best entertainment in Cardiff in store for you this new years eve, all held in the glamorous surroundings of the Grand Ballroom!

You’ll be greeted by our gorgeous showgirls, authentic Jamaican street food will be served by our amazing Caribbean traders, VIP tickets are available and this guarantees your table for the night. The man who made Craig David a household name, multiple platinum producer Mark Hill, will be with us playing club classics until 2am

Fizzy Gillespie & Mr Trick

Swing and bass genius, Fizzy Gillespie is known for his sold out high energy shows at Hootannys London, and for booking some of the most popular stages at Boomtown. Mr Trick Mr Fitz and Fizzy created a three hour street party for 3000 people at this year's Boomtown with huge swing and bass tunes combined with classic tunes everyone knows and loves. These guys are the best of friends meaning when they create a party together, it's going to be MASSIVE!

Add a sprinkle of stunning burlesque, some captivating close-up magic and outstanding circus performances from The Rogue Circus, and you’ve got yourself a party Gatsby himself would be proud of! Golly gosh it’s going to be absolutely bloody spiffing!

That's right people, UK Garage legend Mark Hill AKA The original  Artful Dodger, the man that made Craig David a household name is in the house for your dancing pleasure! With over ten million record sales and countless awards, we are so excited to welcome the multi-platinum selling, Welsh superstar to The Loft Live Sessions this new years eve! 

Mista Trick Live 

Mista Trick Live is the on stage performance of the renowned Swing n Bass DJ's finest tracks. Performed with a live big band, this musical fusion is in a league of its own, taking Swing n Bass to the next level. Mixing vintage, vaudeville vibes, with distinctly down and dirty drum n bass, they sound like the love-child of a wartime knees-up and a 90s rave! It’s fresh, it’s fun, and they’re all about the boogie. Bring your flat caps and suspenders, and get ready to throw some swinging shapes!

Fizzy Gillespie

Fizzy Gillespie is a DJ & Producer best known for his mashup style, seamlessly sampling the sounds of musical eras from the past and crossing them over with modern beats and bass;  best known for his unique blend of Drum'n'Bass infused with 1920s to 70s samples! He is a vibe engineer and a purveyor of strictly good times.

Fizzy is also known for his work as a promoter and programmer, working as Head of Music & Events for London-based music venue Hootananny Brixton as well as being the founder of event brand and label, Swing & Bass.

Dress code: 1920s glam! We'll be handing out prizes for the finest attire!
