Curfew
All Ticket holders must be in before 00:30am. Tickets will still be valid for entry, however the Q Jump element is removed beyond this point.

Refund Policy
Tickets & Packages are non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled or postponed. No refund will be given to any customer refused entry due to intoxication or dress code.
