Join us for our next MYP Breakfast Club, powered by Neko, at Cedar in the Treehouse Hotel.
Start your workday with breakfast, good conversation and practical advice on understanding your health data and looking after yourself alongside a busy career.
Hosted by Tanya Saunders, Associate at Addleshaw Goddard and a member of our MYP team with a great interest in wellbeing, will be joined by Dr John Littler from Neko for an open conversation exploring what it really means to know your body and make sense of the health data available to you. We’ll cover everything from staying ahead of your health and managing stress and energy, to building healthier habits, finding balance and making time for yourself.
Why does this matter?
89% of wearable users say they feel confident reading their health data, but only 8% have actually followed up with a doctor about it. This session is an opportunity to better understand what your data is telling you, ask questions and learn how you can use it more meaningfully.
What to expect:
An honest and open conversation with a Neko doctor
Breakfast and time to connect with other young professionals
Practical health and wellbeing takeaways
The opportunity to ask your own questions
Ideas and habits you can take into your everyday life
And the best part? The session is designed to fit around your working day, so you’ll still be at your desk on time.
