Here’s what we have in store for the craziest week of your life! If you weren’t already buzzing with excitement for Sheffield Freshers Week 2023, you will be now 👀

We haven’t sold out 12 consecutive freshers weeks without pushing some boundaries and this year we’ve gone all out to make it the biggest and best Sheffield Freshers Week to date! 🥳

Without further ado, here is your Organised Chaos Sheffield Freshers Week 2023 lineup so far… 👀

Event 1: The Sheffield Freshers Street Rave – The Official Sheffield Freshers Week Opening Party! - Multi-Venue Block Party - Sunday 17th September

This is one of the craziest parties Sheffield has ever seen, and it gets bigger, crazier and more spectacular year after year. We are literally closing off an ENTIRE STREET for this party and getting over 4000 of you together with free-flowing access to 6 arenas of music across 5 of Sheffield’s best venues. 😍🎊

This is the ONLY way to start your time in Sheffield. We guarantee your jaw will hit the floor as you turn the corner onto a street full of freshers, clubs, bars, performers, a Red Bull Truck, a Jagermeister stand, insane installations, freebies and more, all for YOU to enjoy. And that’s only day 1… 🤯

Event 2: The Sunken Opening Party at Tank – Sheffield’s Most Loved Student Night - Monday 18th September

On night two, you will experience the Opening Party of Sheffield’s most loved student night, Sunken at Tank. Every Monday, a sold-out crowd of students gathers for Sunken. This is an event guaranteed to have you dancing ’til close at 4:30am every week. 🕺🎉

For the last 8 years, Sunken Mondays have been the number 1 student staple in Sheffield. For 33 weeks of every year, Sunken makes Monday the best day of the week, hosting a sell-out crowd for unmissable themed parties that live long in the memory. Sunken takes place at the legendary and newly refurbished Tank Nightclub. The perfect home for The Monday Crew, our community of thousands of ravers who gather every week to dance to Sunken’s high-energy brand of house, tech and dance anthems.

The Opening Party is the craziest, most exclusive Sunken of the year, but the good news is, your wristband gets you access to it! 💃

Event 3: The Tribeca Freshers Showcase - The Viper Rooms - Tuesday 19th September

The Viper Rooms is an adult playground of debauchery, recently upgraded in a quarter of a million-pound refund to become quite possibly the most Instagrammably beautiful venue you’ve ever seen. Every Tuesday, Organised Chaos take it over to present Tribeca, a night of affordable glitz, glam and luxury. Frequently attended by famous faces, Tribeca has long been renowned as one of the best Tuesday night events in the country and you’re invited to the biggest one of the year, the Freshers Showcase! 🤳💅

Ball on a budget with £1.00 vodka mixers, £25 bottles of vodka and 2-4-1 cocktails all night long across two floors and dance to the sounds of Sheffield’s best Hip Hop, RnB and commercial DJs. 🍹

Event 4: The Hallamnation Block Party - Multi-Venue - Wednesday 20th September

You can bet that the whole of Hallam will be attending this one. Sheffield Hallam’s only official weekly party kicks off its 11th year with the unmissable Hallamnation Block Party. 5 venues will come together to host over 4000 students for this one, giving you your first taste of the midweek madness that is Hallamnation. 🥤

Expect fancy dress, crazy themes, society & sports team socials, music policies to cater to every taste and an anything-goes atmosphere that you will instantly fall in love with. There’s no bigger Wednesday night party in the city, always guaranteed to sell out but your wristband guarantees you entry! 🤩🎉

Event 5: The Freshers Warehouse Rave - FORGE - Thursday 21st September

There are some parties you cannot miss, and this is absolutely one of them. The Freshers Warehouse Rave at FORGE! We're taking over the old steelworks turned spectacular Warehouse venue, FORGE and throwing an all-night-long rave to a sold-out crowd of freshers. For lovers of all things electronic music, this one is for you. 👀

Event 6: Disrupt Opening Party - Fez - Thursday 21st September

Step into Fez and experience the electric energy of Disrupt, Sheffield's new weekly student D&B rave. Sheffield's top D&B selectors shelling through one of the best sound systems in Sheffield in an intimate purpose-built rave cave that is Fez. Whether you're a newcomer to the scene or a die-hard drum and bass fan, Disrupt is the perfect place to let loose and immerse yourself in the rave.

With an impeccable lineup of DJs, a high-energy crowd of like-minded ravers, and state-of-the-art lighting and sound, you'll want to clear your Friday plans and stay 'til close every Thursday. 🤩🎉

Event 7: The Socialite Freshers Showcase - Crystal - Friday 22nd September

If you love RnB, Hip Hop or Afrobeats then you are sure to love this one! Socialite at Crystal has been Sheffield’s biggest Friday night student party for the last 8 years with over 1000 attendees weekly. An event that has attracted the likes of Mossback, Yxng Bane, Nathan Dawe, KSI, Dappy and even Deontay Wilder! This is the ultimate party to kickstart your weekend. 🍾

Three floors of the hottest tunes, the best Friday night crowd, and insanely good Friday night drinks deals. Welcome to the weekend! 🥂

Event 8: The SCENE Freshers Showcase at Onyx - Saturday 23rd September

SCENE is your Saturday night hot spot, where extravagance meets showmanship and a weekly sell out crowd of students descend to experience something that is far beyond a normal night out. SCENE makes every Saturday night an experience, set in the new and beautiful Onyx nightclub. 😍

On the SCENE, you can expect the wildest parties, the hottest crowd, and the craziest production, all for a student price tag, and all within the beautiful and luxurious setting of Onyx Nightclub. We’re ending the craziest week of your life on a high with this one. The best Hip Hop & RnB and a whole lot of spectacular performances, decor, pyrotechnics and more going on in between. 🙌🎊

Event 9: The Sheffield Hallam vs Uni of Sheffield Bar Crawl - The Official Sheffield Freshers Week Closing Party - Sunday 24th September

The big one, the official Sheffield Freshers Week 2023 Closing Party!

For this MONSTER event, we’re teaming up with 5 of Sheffield’s favourite student bars, and 4 of Sheffield’s best clubs to present the Sheffield Hallam vs University of Sheffield Bar Crawl! Two universities collide for one EPIC party as 5000+ students take over the entire city to end the craziest Sheffield Freshers Week ever.

Expect Hallam vs Uni games, insane prizes, Sheffield’s best venues, 10+ arenas of music, 5000+ students, insane entertainment on the street and inside the venues, and a whole lot more!

Sheffield Freshers Week 2023 Refund Policy

Purchase your wristband as early as possible, safe in the knowledge that if you don't get into the Sheffield university of your choosing, we will refund your purchase in full. 😊

The terms and conditions of our refund policy are as follows:
1. Your ticket purchase must have been on or before 16.08.23.
2. You must send us UCAS evidence of your university change, deferral or unsuccessful application along with one form of photo ID.
3. It can take up to 2 weeks for us to process your refund after receipt of your refund request.
4. For all refund requests, please email info@organisedchaosevents.co.uk using the subject line "Sheffield Freshers Week Refund".
5. You must request your refund on or before 01.09.23.
