11. Photography & Filming: Photography and filming may take place for our social media and event promotions. Please tell the photographer if you would prefer not to be featured. To request removal of an image from our channels, contact us directly.

12. Management Rights: Management reserves the right to refuse admission or ask guests to leave in line with venue policy.

13. Ticket & Booth Entry Times: If your ticket or booth booking has an entry time, make sure you're inside and scanned in before then. If you're late, your ticket or booking may no longer be valid and you may need to pay extra to get in, if there's space.

14. Multiple Entry Doors: We use multiple doors for entry into the venue. Please follow our team's directions to the correct entrance for your ticket or booking.

15. Queuing & Priority Entry: Please wait your turn. Queue jump is only available with a booth booking.

Please DO NOT purchase tickets from third-party websites or suppliers. Most of these are fake and will not be accepted at the venue.

DO NOT respond to people selling tickets on social media, as there are a lot of scammers. We work to ban and block them, but it is not possible to catch them all.

We ONLY sell tickets through our OFFICIAL Fatsoma account.

1. Last Entry: Last entry is 3am for both ticket holders and customers paying on the door. This time is subject to change without prior notice. Management reserves the right to refuse entry at any time in accordance with venue policy.

2. Ticket Scanning & Group Bookings: All tickets must be scanned for entry. All guests on a group or booth booking must arrive together and enter at the same time. No exceptions.

3. Search Policy: A 100% search policy applies. All guests must agree to a search as a condition of entry.

4. Age Restrictions: This is an 18+ event. Only a valid passport or driving licence will be accepted as proof of age.

5. Student Identification: A valid university student ID may also be required.
