EMK EVENTS REFUND POLICY
1. General Principle
Tickets sold for our events are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law or where explicitly stated in this policy.
All tickets are sold as revocable licences, granting the holder conditional permission to enter the event subject to compliance with our Terms & Conditions.

2. When Refunds ARE Provided
2.1 Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund of:
• 100% of the ticket face value
2.2 Event Rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, you are entitled to a refund of:
• The ticket face value
You must request the refund within 24 hours after the successful notification of the date change
2.3 Major / Material Changes
A refund will be issued if the event experiences a material change, such as:
• Significant change of venue
• Significant change of event date or time
• Cancellation of a headline act (if advertised as a key part of the event)
Minor changes (support acts, timing adjustments, running order, staff changes, décor, set design, etc.) are not considered material.

3. When Refunds Are NOT Provided
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
3.1 Late Arrival or Missed Entry
If you arrive after the advertised last-entry time, we may refuse admission with no refund.
3.2 Change of Personal Circumstances
No refund is issued if you:
• Change your mind
• No longer wish to attend
• Are unable to attend due to illness
• Have travel/transport issues
• Experience unexpected personal commitments
• Forget to attend
• Misread event times
• Are refused entry for failing ID/age checks
3.3 Breach of Terms or Venue Rules
Admission may be refused or revoked without refund if you:
• Are intoxicated
• Engage in disruptive, unsafe, or offensive behaviour
• Attempt to enter with prohibited items
• Fail to comply with security instructions
• Present a duplicate, invalid, or fraudulent ticket

If you purchased a ticket via a third-party or resale platform, refund rights may vary.
In such cases, you must contact the ticket seller directly.
