Hifi Presents... 1Forty x The Wub Club

After a number of sold out events in Leeds & Manchester across 2016-2019, 1Forty took some time out of their own promotions to focus on building up the label arm which has lead to it being one of the undergrounds most coveted multi-genre imprints.

Nearly 3 years on HiFi welcomed them back to Leeds for a label residency in 2021, showcasing special guests Sammy Virji, Sir Spyro, Sicaria Sound & more with a setup in the centre of the room to give 1Forty the nod back in style.

Across in Sheffield, The Wub Club have shared a similar journey to 1Forty, putting on sold out UKG, Bassline and Grime shows up and down the UK for a number of years. Headed up by Forca and Dalts they launched the label arm in 2019 which has since seen a number of artists feature across both labels meaning it was inevitable the two up north multi-genre powerhouses would collide to create a night that will go down in the underground history books.

DJ Pantha is joined by Drinks On Me who makes his Leeds debut, while Forca and Burt Cope come together for an exclusive 4x4 Bassline set. More Sheffield sounds come from J69, Katie Bosworth (PA) and Dalts with 1Forty label boss LOCKT rounding things off.
