The Apollo Collective are a fresh R&B/hip-hop collective of six independent artists. While they’ve only been around since September, they’re already making a name for themselves across Brighton & Hove’s open-mic scene, and their first headline gig at the Green Door Store - which followed two incredible support shows before Christmas - was a complete sell-out. With plans to release their first single in spring 2022, you won’t want to miss this!

The Collective currently consists of independent artists Illfxx aka Billy Fox Coates (vocals), Amy Palmer (vocals), JermaintheStoryTeller (vocals), Frank Thompson (guitar), Lukas Castella (drums), and Kit (bass).

Violet is an all-new Funk/Pop band. Consisting of Max Adriaan (vocals, rhythm guitar), Lewie Napper (lead guitar), Tom Colman (drums) and Sam Morris (bass), the quartet have already supported The Apollo Collective at their sell-out gig in February, and their fresh funk sound is already winning new fans.

Tamara is already a known name at the Folklore Rooms. Having headlined her own show at the venue in February, she’s back to support The Apollo Collective to show you why she boasts over 7,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. Her biggest hit to date, ‘So Sweet’ has reached 58,000 listeners on Spotify while her most recent single ‘Hey Pretty Girl’ has clocked up 14,000 monthly streams in just over a month.
