George’s previous appearance at Toft House was a memorable support slot for Claire Hamill. Claire was blown away as much as everyone else. His playing was so beautiful you felt like holding your breath so as not to miss a note.

We invited him back to help him launch his long-awaited new album, “The Promise of Spring”, available in orange vinyl, CD and download. Available now to pre-order from his Bandcamp page and released on 18 April. If you didn’t know, he is a singer songwriter from Northallerton. His pure voice and tumbling guitar make for a bewitching combination, with a maturity and poetic lyricism that have left audiences around the country entranced.

Jasmine is rapidly establishing a reputation for her fine singing and playing. She is already a Toft regular because we can’t get enough of her.
