WRISTBAND COLLECTIONS>
Your ticket must be exchanged for a wristband. Tickets will not be accepted on the door of the events. To collect your wristband you will need your barcoded ticket from Fatsoma.

Wristband collection point:
Northumbria Students Union, 2 Sandyford Rd, Newcastle, NE1 8SB
Sunday 15th September - 15:00-18:00 (Student Union Reception Area)

You can pick up wristbands on behalf of your friends as long as you have their fatsoma barcode.

If you don’t get into university we’ll refund the value of your ticket (Fatsoma do not refund booking fees). You’ll just need to email newcastle@voodooevents.co.uk with evidence. Outside of this our standard terms and conditions apply: www.voodoonewcastle.com/terms

If the event is cancelled for any reason your tickets will automatically be refunded.
