Naughty Horse is Birmingham's BIGGEST and most DIVERSE students events company with over 15 years of experience...but things can always be improved! (Not heard of us yet ... check us out on TikTok/Insta @nhpromo)

We have taken on your feedback whilst also considering the current cost of living crisis and this year we are doing things a bit differently! After all, our events would be nothing without you so now more than ever then need to be affordable and accessible.

Our 2024 Freshers and Term One Season Ticket includes entry to the biggest FRESHERS EVENTS and all NAUGHTY HORSE weekly events in 2024*. That means entry to 50+ events during your first term at Uni from only £5! Also the season ticket is COMPLETELY REFUNDABLE if you do not get into BCU, Aston or UCB*.

In short, The Naughty Horse Freshers and Term One Season Ticket is by far the cheapest way to secure your entry at Birmingham's main student events all the way through to Christmas!

Monday 23rd September (valid before midnight) - ABBA night at XOYO

Tuesday 24th September (valid before midnight) - Hoedown Throwdown (Room 2 RnB) at Heidis

Wednesday 25th September (valid before midnight) - Freshers Throwback (Room 2 RnB) at Heidis

Thursday 26th September (valid before midnight) - Silent Disco

Friday 27th September (valid before midnight) - Glitter Party

This is the biggest freshers lineup we have ever put together in Birmingham! Our line up includes some of Birmingham's most popular venues such as HEIDIS, XOYO, MAMA ROUX'S, ZUMHOF, CHINA WHITE + more!

This year we are bringing you even more weekly parties, and your season pass will include FREE ENTRY to them all before midnight, with discounted entry afterwards.

Terms and Conditions:

The Naughty Horse Season Pass is only refundable if you do not get into BCU, Aston or UCB. You must show us evidence you did not get a place at university to be eligible for the refund.

Only wristbands sold prior to A-level results day 2024 are refundable. Your refund request must be sent within 5 days of receiving your results with the above-mentioned evidence.

Season Pass event lineup, themes, event dates and venues are subject to change.  Note - not valid for Heidis Saturdays (as Naughty Horse is just a ticket outlet for the venue) on Thursday 31st October or other gala events.

This event is run by Naughty Horse Promotions and not by the University Guild however, as was the case with previous years, some events may later feature as official events as well.

Physical season ticket collection will be held at all Naughty Horse events during Freshers - we are aware things can get lost, after freshers you will receive a digital copy of your season ticket to use going forward.

T&Cs of our refund policy are as follows:

1. You must have purchased your ticket before Wednesday 14th August 2024 to be eligible for a refund

2. To apply for a refund, you must send us UCAS evidence that you did not get into Birmingham City along with one form of photographic ID

3. You must email abi@naughtyhorsepromo.com before 20/08/23 with the subject line "Season Ticket Refund"

4. It can take up to 14 working days from receipt of your email for us to process your freshers week wristband refund

Note - ALL Naughty Horse events operate a student friendly policy not student only policy. You do not have to be a student to attend this event. We appreciate freshers can be a very overwhelming time so friends from back home or other unis are also welcome.
