The world was counting down to midnight on NYE 1999. The drinks were flowing, the dancefloors were packed… then something went wrong.

The clocks froze at 23:59. The music started repeating. The Millennium Bug was never fixed.

This Halloween, Flares Middlesbrough is trapped in 1999.

Expect full-on Y2K vibes in the Flares Room with the biggest party hits from the 70s, 80s & 90s, while the Popworld Room brings the best modern pop, dance & party anthems.

At midnight, the countdown begins… then SYSTEM FAILURE. The clock glitches, the music distorts and one huge 90s/00s anthem drops.
