'Hardcore Uproar' the Prodigy/Carl Cox Warm up event

On The River presents an afternoon pre Prodigy and Carl Cox warm up stepping back to the golden generation of rave with a stella line up of old school 'DJ's and MCing.

DJ Lomas has successfully run the longest running dance event in South Wales dance music history with his Swansea based Tick Tock brand as well as Djing all over the globe.

Looney Tunes Lyons is a veteran of the Cardiff club scene and was at the epicentre of the Cardiff scene running his brilliant Looney Tunes Records from the late 80's onwards. Again he has been at the forefront of the Cardiff club scene for over 40 years

Marlon B is another legendary DJ from Cardiff whose carefully crafted DJ sets and technical skills have kept him in the scene again for three generations.

DJ Pepper is one of the original 3 Wise Men crew who started the warehouse raves in Cardiff from 1987 onwards bringing his musical knowledge to the party.
