The Backcountry Bash 2025: Season Opener

JOIN US FOR FILM PREMIERS, INDUSTRY TALKS, STALLS FROM TOP BRANDS, LIVE BANDS, DJ'S AND MORE.

The season opener is an opportunity to see the premieres of 3 new Scottish Backcountry movies (TBA), Supporting the filmmakers who push the boundaries of Scottish Backcountry, and preparing for the start of Winter 25. Catch up with old friends and new throughout the day and party into the night with a 2 band lineup gig (TBA) + DJ set - what better way to spend a Sunday.

Taking place at Edinburgh University's Hangar 5, on Potterrow on Sunday the 19th October 2025.  (Situated inside the Edinburgh Univeristy building, instructions of how to find the venue will be sent out to ticketholders) 

People of all levels and involvement in Backcountry are welcome, if you're new to Backcountry - all the more reason to come on down, you won't be disappointed, and you definitely won't be bored this winter!
