GO! Social: Meet at the Beach

Hi There! Thanks for booking a spot on our GO! Social: Meet at the Beach on Tuesday 13th September 2022.

We'll be meeting at the following locations at 3:00pm (15:00):

- Bay Campus - in front of The College Building

- Park Campus - at the steps in front of Fulton House

Then we'll head down the beach - don't forget to bring some snacks and beverages with you!

Important Information:

COVID-19: You must not attend this event if you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days, have been a close contact of another person with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 10 days, have been advised to self-isolate, or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. If you have recently arrived in the UK, you must have completed any UK Government mandated quarantine period before attending this event.

You are required to follow all Welsh and UK Government COVID guidelines including the wearing of face masks in non-hospitality settings.

Conduct & Safety: You are responsible for your own behaviour and time keeping. Please take reasonable care of your own and other people's health and safety. Accessibility: This event has step-free accessible access, however the event does take place on a sandy beach surface. If you have any concerns or queries regarding the suitability of this event, or have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact gosocial@swansea.ac.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, however we cannot guarantee all requirements can be met.

Children: Children (aged 3 and over) are welcome on this trip and must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please be advised that child safety and well-being is the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times – CampusLife and its partners accept no responsibility for children attending.

Data Protection: International@CampusLife will use the information you provide for attendance and safety purposes. We will use your data to produce internal statistics but will not share it with third parties or use it for marketing purposes. Your information will be provided to our trip leader on the day of the trip for the purpose of attendance monitoring and emergency situations. The information will be kept confidential and passed back to ICL and destroyed on return from the trip (once we have passed the legally required COVID-19 Track & Trace period). Photos: We will be taking photos throughout the event which we will use to promote future activities in the form of leaflets, social media posts, digital screens and on our website. If you would not like to be included, then please tell us on the day of the event. If you see yourself in any pictures and would like to be removed, please email us at gosocial@swansea.ac.uk and we will make sure that any photos of you are deleted.
