Paul Woolford:
Paul Woolford:With forthcoming music being released on Carl Craig's Planet E, Scuba's Hotflush Recordings, London's Phonica label, Paul Woolford keeps reinventing himself and pushing the boundaries, maintaining a hectic global tour schedule playing key clubs globally such as Panorama Bar, Fabric, Warung and D Edge in Brazil, and for the 6th year, the renewal of his key We Love.. Space on Sundays residency in Ibiza.
Initially inspired by the constant throb of the radio throughout his childhood, the seeds of Paul Woolford's future direction were sewn by the time a record-collecting addiction kicked in properly during his teenage years. This insatiable appetite for musical stimulation has driven him to explore far beyond the cutting-edge house and techno that is his stock-in-trade, and led him down more experimental paths, embracing aspects of improvised jazz through his collaborative work with Paul Hession, and taking huge inspiration from the modern composition of Steve Reich. All this is distilled within the house and techno dynamic that Woolford has made second-nature and you can clearly see these influences emerging across various productions.
Many know Paul Woolford's name through the 2005/6 slow-burning hit "Erotic Discourse", released on 2020 Vision, the Leeds label with which he made his name initially. The success of this proved he has the ability to create a genre-defining sound and led to sales of over 15,000, capturing the imagination of DJs across the board from Ivan Smagghe to Ricardo Villalobos, The Chemical Brothers, Richie Hawtin and DJ Hell to Francois Kevorkian, Laurent Garnier, Trevor Jackson to Erol Alkan. Indeed Erol Alkan described the track as "a modern day psyche record" and the track became a stone-cold classic.
He has since appeared across international media including the cover of DJ Mag and IDJ including a photo shoot from Tate Modern's Doris Salcedo installation "Shibboleth" (after a personal email from Woolford, Salcedo gave her express permission). With each release Woolford is showing a level of artistry that is clearly on an ascending plane, and shows every sign of flourishing beyond.Paul Woolford

Ejeca:
From a young age his fascination with production culminated in early releases such as the limited edition, vinyl-only Tusk Wax Five EP, and his work with fellow Northern Irish, Bicep on AUS. After 12 long years of hard work, his big break finally came when two of his tracks were named 'Essential Tune of the Week' on Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 show.
Ejeca is now a firmly established name as a reputable purveyor of high quality house and techno, and with his label Exploris now on their tenth release it’s safe to say his selection of tracks is always on the pulse. His recent releases on Sasha’s Last Night On Earth, BPitch! Control, Poker Flat and official remix for Inner City’s ‘Good Life’ has shown his varying side from from the melodic to driving sides of techno.

Jacky:
Jacky’s love for music began many years ago as a child when he lived in East Africa. It was there where his passion for drumming took hold and from that moment he knew that music was ‘the one’. Jacky was in numerous bands through school, listening to a lot of punk rock and heavy metal and jamming out to Foo Fighters and Sum41 – little did he know his real desire was to go down the electronic music route. When Jacky turned 19 he bought his first set of decks and the rest is history.
After playing all over Newcastle for years before, in 2014 Jacky secured a residency for well established Manchester based brand ‘mute!’ and found himself spinning regularly in the city – in particular South and Sankeys. Notorious for his driving high-energy performances, his playing style most definitely shines through into his productions.
Jacky signed his first record in summer of 2014 and since then has already released music on top labels such as VIVa MUSiC, Elrow Music and Roush to name a few. With support from the likes of Steve Lawler, Skream, Jamie Jones, Marco Carola, Richy Ahmed, Nick Curly, Santé and more on his first few releases, the fact that there is a bright future ahead for this young artist is undeniable.
The Newcastle born lad also launched his own label ‘Red Lunar Records’ in 2014 with a close friend of his, Richard Heiniger. After only one year on from the launch they have featured artists such as Jey Kurmis, Di Chiara Brother’s, Atove and Sascha Sonido.
It's safe to say 2017 has been huge for Jacky and it's only half way through. Jacky & Friends has taken off, taking place at some of the largest clubs in the UK, hosting top acts ANOTR, Max Chapman and Jey Kurmis. Jacky has also secured himself a residency in Ibiza with Defected, alongside hosting one of Parklife's mega afterparties and playing amongst a heavy weighted line up with Kaluki.
