Join SOFIT for a one hour session of HIIT, circuits and strength training at a fun, outdoor class.
There are lots of benefits associated with exercising outdoors, including increased Vitamin D exposure, fresh air helps to reduce insomnia, studies have shown that physical activity outdoors lowers a person's blood pressure and heart rate. As a result, exercise outdoors feels less strenuous than similar exercise indoors, which, in turn, pushes you closer to your maximum performance.
This week's session will take place at Singleton Campus, please meet outside Fulton House at 1:55pm, the class will start at 2pm prompt. Please ensure you wear layers and appropriate footwear.
