Knowing that you are able to look after yourself in a nasty situation is a real form of reassurance. As well as keeping you mentally and physically fit, improving your self-defence will bolster your confidence and increase your street awareness.
Each week will vary, with self-defence being taught through a different discipline. This week, a female member of the CampusLife team (who has a black belt in Karate), will be leading a women's only self-defence class.
