Liverpool’s Layout sees Pete Power (fro mJohn Peel championed band Playhouse), join forces with Mugstar’s rhythm section — drummer Steve Ashton and bassist Rob McLean — to deliver old‑school indie rock. Loud, guitar driven melodies with pounding drums, growling bass and honest, bitter-sweet vocals.
