About the film 

All Happy Gilmore (Adam Sandler) has ever wanted is to be a professional hockey player. But he soon discovers he may actually have a talent for playing an entirely different sport: golf. When his grandmother (Frances Bay) learns she is about to lose her home, Happy joins a golf tournament to try and win enough money to buy it for her. With his powerful driving skills and foulmouthed attitude, Happy becomes an unlikely golf hero -- much to the chagrin of the well-mannered golf professionals.

Fancy Dress: As always we welcome everyone to come dressed as their favourite character and it's also a sure way to get a free suprise from a bar. 
Is the venue 18 only?
This event at Jacobs are for adults, no under 18s admitted. Please ensure that you bring along I.D. if you’re lucky enough to look under 21!! A licensed bar is available so you can enjoy a drink watching the sun go down and the stars appear. 

Drinks- We will have our rooftop cocktail bar serving a selection of themed cocktails, craft beers, wine and prosseco 
What if it rains?
We will still go ahead – we are on an open air roof terrace so keep this in mind when getting ready – you should check the weather forecast and come dressed appropriately! We will provide ponchos but feel free to bring warm/waterproof clothing and a blanket if you wish, as it does get cool once the sun disappears.  Only in the case of extreme weather, such as dangerously high winds/torrential rain, will the screening be cancelled and we will re-allocate your tickets to another screening.

Seating: Seating is provided so there is no need to bring your own. Seats are not numbered and there are no specific seats reserved with tickets. When choosing your seats on the night please don’t leave gaps.
What is there to eat on the roof?
We will have food from our guest food pop-up burger bar Bish Bash Brioche and 

No food or drink is allowed to be brought into the venue.
Film Start: Doors will open at 7pm but the screenings will start just after sunset when it gets dark
Estimated time : 7:45pm
Mini Golf 
We now have a 9 hole mini golf course to enjoy while you eat your burger and enjoy one of our themed cocktails.

How do I get there?
Jacobs market is situated behind the Maldron hotel or via the back of the train station. We don't have lift to the rooftop unfortunately so we can not offer access for wheel chairs.
There is parking at the venue out the front or around the side in secured park which can be left over night for £5.

Can I BYO food and alcohol?
As we’re a licensed venue, you cannot BYO alcohol. You’re welcome to bring your own snacks.
