This is your order confirmation and you must take this order confirmation to the venue's box office on the day of the event to collect your hardcopy tickets. YOU MUST COLLECT YOUR HARDCOPY TICKET AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION AT THE BOX OFFICE TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE EVENT.

Show day box office is situated on the Trinity Way corridor next to the Citi Park AO Arena Car Park entrance.

Only the main ticket buyer can collect hardcopy tickets, with a valid ID and the bank card used to make payment. If the cardholder name and last 4 digits of the bank card used to make, do not match entry will be refused. If you are the main ticket buyer, and are unable to collect tickets, you must email info@shoobs.com immediately. If you do not alert us of an error your guest may be refused entry.

1. The Box Office opens at 2:00pm and will close at 8:00pm. Please arrive early, to avoid large queues, and between these hours to collect tickets.

2. Please ensure that you bring relevant forms of personal ID - must be photo I.D. that is government issued, which is a full/provisional driving licence, passport, Citizenship card etc. and the bank card used to make payment.

3. Once hard copy tickets have been collected at the Box Office it is your responsibility to ensure you enter the event before the doors close, refunds will not be processed for lost tickets or refusal of entry due to doors being closed.
